Study area located in the southwestern Atlantic, Argentina. The area comprised the Bahía Blanca Estuary, the adjacent shelf El Rincón and the surf beach of Monte Hermoso to the north. Numbers represent bathymetry expressed in meters. Samplings sites included in the checklist are shown (red circles = own sampling surveys, blue circles = literature sampling points)
