Nephroselmis maximum likelihood phylogeny tree inferred by 18S rRNA performed with 1000 bootstraps replicates in two consecutive runs. General time reversible with invariant sites (I = 0.6902) and gamma distribution rate (α = 0.6101) was the evolutionary substitution nucleotide model used (GTR + G + I, InL −5465.48501). Nodes supports are bootstrap/posterior probability. Branch width represents the node bootstrap support. Scale bar is the rate of nucleotide substitution per site
