  1. Abundances (ind. m-3) for Acartia complex species, Pseudodiaptomus marinus (number of sorted females with attached egg sac within brackets), Calanipeda aquaedulcis, total copepods and total zooplankton at salinity 30 of the estuaries of Bilbao and of Urdaibai from July to October 2013. Sampling date and water temperature (°C) are also shown. Specimens for MT-CO1 sequencing were collected from July and September surveys in, respectively, Bilbao and Urdaibai estuaries
